We finally
got to work on the truck in the fall of 06. We got foil bubble
insulation and glued it to the ceiling of the truck. Then we
took plywood and screwed it to the beams using 1x2 for supports.
We cut out for dome lights and the center overhead console.
Next we permanently mounted the seats. The inside tracks were
shorted by 3 inches to accomodate the floor. We installed factory
seatbelts. |

Other items fixed included the hood latches. The
old design for the cables made the latches not work properly. We
also modified the center overhead console we bought and insulated
the cowl and under dash area. |
